We’ve listened… you can create and sell gift cards alongside your other products

Following your feedback, Bókun has been working on a new and easier way of creating and selling gift cards. This is a great way for you to expand your product offering to drive revenue, whilst also encouraging more purchases among new and repeat customers.

Create your gift cards in Bókun, then follow the simple steps to generate and embed your new gift card widget to your website. Reach out to your past customers and those who recently had to cancel or postpone their experiences and suggest they purchase a gift card to redeem on your products.

Check out our help desk article to walk you through creating and selling your gift cards.

What’s next? Promote your new products!

Once your gift cards are available on your website, don’t forget to shout about it across your social media and other marketing channels.

Why not run an early bird promotion? The new gift card functionality enables you to set the price of your gift cards at a reduced rate. Nothing quite catches people’s attention like an offer they can’t refuse. Run regular deals or competitions across your social media channels to get your followers sharing, liking and commenting to increase your reach.
