Ski lift ticket software is a confusing category to search because the phrase means something very different depending on the size of your mountain.

For a large destination resort — one with gated RFID lifts, a full rental fleet, a ski school, multiple food and beverage outlets, and retail shops — it means enterprise resort management: an integrated suite that connects every touchpoint on the mountain, usually with hardware to match.

For a small or mid-size ski area — a tubing park, a Nordic centre, or a winter activity operator selling lift-access packages with other activities like guided snowshoe tours — it means something far more practical: a way to sell tickets online, manage rental inventory and instructor availability, stop overselling on a busy powder weekend, and reach the out-of-town skiers who are booking their trip on Viator and Google right now.

Most of the systems in this category are built for the first group. None of it speaks to the second — and that’s exactly who Bókun is for. It offers:

  • Ticketing flexibility for day tickets, half-day timed-entry windows, daily capacity caps, and booking cutoffs.
  • Real-time availability across every channel, so a sold-out day closes simultaneously on your website, your OTA listings, and partner booking pages.
  • Resource management for rental gear — skis, boards, boots, helmets, tubes, snowshoes — and instructors, with automatic blocking when inventory runs out.
  • Distribution tools like OTA connections, reseller networks, and affiliate tracking to reach out-of-town skiers where they’re actually planning their trip.
  • Dynamic pricing to earn more on peak powder weekends and fill quiet midweek days.
  • Digital waivers, mobile tickets, and fast check-in tools to cut base-area lines without a full RFID gate installation.
  • CRM and automated communications for confirmations, day-before conditions updates, abandoned cart recovery, and post-visit review requests.
  • Off-season support for biking, hiking, scenic lift rides, and summer tours — so you’re not paying for a winter-only system.

In this guide, you can learn more about both categories of solutions — we talk more about what Bókun brings to the table and review all of the main enterprise players.

1. Bókun

All-in-one ticketing, operations & distribution management system for winter activity operators

Bókun homepage: More bookings. Better experience.

We built Bókun for the operators big resort management systems ignore — ski areas, tubing parks, Nordic centres, and winter activity businesses that need to sell tickets online, manage a rental fleet, and reach out-of-town visitors planning their ski weekend on sites like Viator.

As part of the Tripadvisor and Viator family, Bókun covers your full operation in one place: ticketing and capacity management, rental inventory, instructor scheduling, OTA distribution, and the guest experience tools that keep people coming back year after year.

The distribution side is where we separate furthest from every other platform in this guide. Every enterprise system here is built around direct, on-mountain sales — for guests who already know the mountain and buy through the resort’s own channels. None are built to put your lift tickets in front of travellers browsing Viator or GetYourGuide while planning a ski trip. That’s the gap Bókun closes, and it’s our biggest differentiator.

We’ve been working with experienced providers across the industry for 10+ years, from small, one-person tubing businesses getting online for the first time to multi-location ski operations managing a full rental fleet and lesson programme. Whatever your operation’s size, you can get started fast and build from there.

We offer some of the lowest rates in the booking software industry —our START plan is $49 a month with 1.5% online booking fees. And we’re one of the highest-rated systems around — our users rate us 4.7 stars on Capterra, citing the all-in-one toolkit, ease of use, and value for money as what sets us apart the most.

We’ll walk you through the full toolkit below — distribution tools first, then everything on the operations side. But we also offer a 14-day free trial (no credit card required!), so you can build your ticket products and test your flows before committing to anything.

Bókun’s tools to sell lift tickets online & win bookings from travellers across the globe

Create a booking website

Making your website bookable is the most direct way to turn existing traffic into confirmed tickets — visitors can check availability and book a day on the mountain instantly, without calling, emailing, or waiting to hear back. We make it straightforward whether you already have a site or you’re starting from nothing.

If you already have a website, embed our booking engine widgets directly on your pages. We give you the code; you paste it in. There are several widget styles to work with — «Book Now» buttons, availability calendars, product listings, and product overviews — so you can put the right widget on the right page. For example, you can put a general availability calendar on your homepage, a day-ticket-specific widget on your lift ticket page, and a separate one for your tubing sessions.

Choosing your Widget Type: Button, Booking Calendar, Product Page

Read more: How to add a booking system to your website

If you don’t have a site yet, our one-click website builder gets you online fast. Templates come mobile-optimised with booking widgets already installed, so you just choose a layout and fill in your details. You can add photos of your mountains and terrain, conditions info, best times of the year to hit the slopes, whatever a visitor needs to convert.

And for teams that want more control, advanced SEO tools let you add custom CSS, publish blog content, connect Google Analytics, and translate the site into multiple languages.

Website Settings: Choose Template

We support the full checkout flow by integrating with a wide range of payment processors — Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Klarna, Worldpay, Braintree, and others — so guests can pay however they prefer and finalise bookings.

Connect with OTAs & online marketplaces

As mentioned above, our distribution tools are what really set us apart. No other enterprise system in this guide can match us here.

Most of your future customers, particularly the out-of-towners booking a ski day during a trip, start their search on a travel platform, not your website. So we’ve built connections with 70+ global OTAs and online marketplaces that let you put your lift tickets and winter experiences in front of those audiences where they’re already searching.

We connect with all the biggest sites — Viator, GetYourGuide, Google Things to Do, Airbnb Experiences, Expedia, Civitatis, Klook, Trip.com, TourRadar, Headout, and Musement — alongside regional and activity-specific platforms that reach travellers already looking for outdoor and winter experiences.

And as a Tripadvisor brand, we’re the #1 restech partner across major names, and we hold premium partnerships with three of the most popular platforms:

We don’t cap the number of sales channels you can connect and sell through. And you can manage every channel from the Bókun dashboard. When you update availability or capacity in Bókun, it pushes to every connected channel at once — there are no manual updates or risk of double bookings.

We also put together the guides below so you can learn more about the most popular online travel sites and how to start selling on them.

Partner with other businesses in the Bókun Marketplace

The Bókun Marketplace also expands your reach by letting you partner up with other travel industry businesses and win bookings from their audiences.

The Marketplace is home to thousands of businesses and professionals: tour operators; attractions; accommodation providers like hotels, resorts, lodges, and B&Bs; transportation services; rental companies; travel agents; DMCs; and more. You can search our Marketplace by supplier or product type to easily find partners with complementary offerings.

Bókun Discover Partners GIF

Then there are three ways to leverage this network:

  1. Connect with resellers who can promote your experiences to their customers and win you new ticket sales. For example, hotel and lodge concierges can sell your lift tickets to guests who’ve just checked in and are asking what’s nearby. They earn a commission; you get the booking without any outreach effort.
  2. Create combo deals with partners. For example, package tickets with transfers or lodging so guests can book transport from the city and a ski day in one transaction.
  3. Resell other operators’ services or experiences. You can promote partners’ snowmobile tours and snowshoe experiences during the winter, or during the shoulder season, sell mountain biking, hiking tours, or other warm-weather local activities for commission, rather than going quiet until snow falls again.

You connect with partners, negotiate terms, and manage those relationships through the platform, with all booking and commission tracking handled automatically.

See how operators use the Bókun network in our case studies:

Build your own affiliate network with Bókun Referral Tracking

The last growth lever to mention is totally unique to Bókun. Our Referral Tracking lets you build a custom affiliate network with any business or professional that makes sense for your mountain — beyond Marketplace connections.

For a ski area or winter activity operator, that might include:

  • Ski shops and rental outfitters who get questions about the best local mountains to ski
  • Nearby lodges and B&Bs looking for experiences to recommend to guests
  • Ski clubs, school groups, and youth sports leagues that book seasonally
  • Winter sports bloggers and ski influencers with audiences of winter travellers
  • Regional tourism boards promoting winter activities in your area

You set commission rates individually per partner, and each one gets a trackable link or a dedicated booking hub for their audience to book directly through. Reporting shows which affiliates are actually driving bookings, so you know where to keep building.

Bókun’s operational modules for tickets, rentals, & customer experiences

The central calendar

The central calendar brings your entire operation together. Every booked lift ticket and ski school reservation — through your website, OTAs, partner sites, affiliate links, phone-ins, or walk-ups at the ticket window — lands here the moment it’s confirmed, with real-time availability updates pushing back out to every connected channel simultaneously.

Bókun Calendar: Departure Details Screen

This solves the problem that gets very visible very fast on a busy powder weekend. You’ve got bookings coming in from multiple sources at once — folks buying tickets on Viator, through partners, and directly at your lodge. Without a central system tracking it all in real time, you’re counting manually, and you’re going to oversell. With Bókun, when you hit your daily capacity limit, availability closes across every channel at once.

Weather-related disruptions are manageable from here too.

If a storm shuts things down, the Disrupted Departure feature flags every booking tied to that day and sends affected guests a self-service link to pick a new date or cancel for a refund — no working through a call list by phone.

For days that can’t be rescheduled at all, Mass Cancellation clears the affected bookings, processes refunds, and closes the slot in one action.

And Mass Mail sends a single update — trail closures, grooming changes, a shifted meeting point — to everyone booked on a given day.

Ticket scanning tools

Bókun’s mobile apps for iOS and Android put check-in wherever your operation needs it — at the base lodge, a terrain park entrance, a tubing check-in tent, or the trailhead for a guided snowshoe group. The apps pull up the day’s manifest, let your team scan mobile tickets, and track arrivals in real time.

The apps also work offline. If you’re scanning a lift line somewhere without signal, check-in still runs and everything syncs automatically once you’re connected again.

Bókun’s Experiences module

The Experiences tab is where you build and manage everything you sell — day tickets, timed-entry lift passes like half-day afternoon or night skiing sessions, rentals, and lessons.

There are a few ways to start here:

  • Use our product builder to design new listings — it walks you through the process step by step so it’s super easy.
  • Pull in products from your website or Viator with our AI product importer.
  • Create templates from existing listings and use those to whip up new variations of those products.

Experience: Product Recommendations, Availability, OTAs, Start times, Rates

Every listing includes the basics: a name, a description, who the product is for, and anything guests need to know before they arrive — parking instructions, what to wear, age limits, skill-level requirements. Photography does a lot of work on these listings — a groomed run at first light, a tubing hill full of people, a snowshoe group moving through the trees — so it’s worth using images that show the actual experience, not just the base lodge.

You can also offer add-ons with products: helmet rentals, lesson upgrades, lunch vouchers, parking passes, photography packages.

From there, define availability rules. A standard day pass can run with a single daily capacity cap. A timed-entry window restricts bookings to a specific session — morning vs. afternoon, for example — and caps each window independently, so you can control flow through the base area rather than having everyone arrive at once. You can also set minimum and maximum capacities per day or session, add booking cutoffs, and control how far in advance tickets can go on sale.

Then, you’ll set pricing. You have a ton of flexibility here. Set flat rates for standard day tickets, or layer in pricing categories for adults, children, seniors, students, and military. Group discounts help you land larger bookings — a youth ski club reserving fifty tickets, a corporate group taking over the tubing hill for an afternoon. You can also specify how customers pay: take full payment at booking, collect a deposit and settle on arrival, or allow pay-on-arrival for certain product types.

Dynamic pricing lets you raise rates as demand builds on peak days and drop them automatically as a booking cutoff approaches on a slow midweek morning. You set the rules; Bókun handles the execution.

Resources is where you add your rental fleet and instructors, and this is where inventory management becomes particularly useful for a ski operation. Add your ski and board sets, boots, helmets, poles, and instructors as individual resources with quantities. Assign them to listings, and Bókun tracks allocation in real time across every product they’re shared between.

Say you have 200 pairs of rental skis in your fleet. You offer them as a standalone rental listing, and you also include them in your beginner lesson package. Both listings draw from the same pool of 200. The moment the last pair is committed — whether through a standalone rental or a lesson booking, on any channel — availability closes on both listings simultaneously. Your gear stays accounted for automatically, and you never promise rentals you don’t have.

The same logic applies to instructors. Assign each instructor to the lesson types they’re qualified to teach — beginner, intermediate, freestyle, whatever your programme includes — and Bókun tracks their availability across every product they’re assigned to. Once they’re fully booked, those lesson slots close automatically.

Read more: Best booking systems with resource management

You can also create combo packages by bundling two or more products. For example, you can create a combo that includes a lift ticket, rental, and lesson. This makes booking easier for customers — they can purchase everything in a single transaction rather than navigating three separate bookings — and it lets you increase average booking value. For a visitor booking their first ski day who needs everything, a bundle is a far easier sell.

And you can use this product builder to adjust your offerings year-round. After winter, you can publish listings for summer biking trails, scenic lift rides, guided hikes, and multi-activity tours. One system, multiple seasons.

CRM & automated communications

Bókun’s native CRM builds a contact profile for every guest from the moment they first interact with your booking flow — name, contact details, booking history, all in one record.

That data sits in one place, so you can see who’s been before, what they booked, and reach them again with tailored retargeting campaigns — an early-bird season pass to last year’s regulars, a returning-customer discount to guests who’ve only visited your slopes once, or an abandoned cart reminder to guests who started a booking and never finished it.

Operations and Customers: Manage customer communications with ease

We pair our CRM with an automated communications tool to ensure routine emails go out promptly after booking.

  • Booking confirmations go out immediately, with a mobile ticket attached (and a digital waiver if you bolt on that module).
  • Day-before reminders include current conditions, parking instructions, and arrival info — the details that cut calls on the morning of.
  • Post-visit emails request a review or extend a return-visit offer.

We also offer a gallery of templates to power your broader email marketing campaigns. Send upsells, discounts, or abandoned cart nudges from ready-made templates, or build your own to send newsletters, special pricing offers, opening day alerts, new trail or terrain opening announcements, midweek deal pushes, end-of-season promotions, or a summer activity launch once you flip to the off-season programme.

Operations: Pick a base for your template

Guest self-service portals

Every booking confirmation includes a link to a self-service portal where guests can view their reservation, add something they skipped at checkout, reschedule, or cancel — without calling your guest services line.

For a ski operation, this is where weather-driven changes pay off. When you flag a departure through Disrupted Departure, guests get the self-service link and can reschedule or cancel themselves rather than waiting on hold. Every change made through the portal updates your calendar automatically — no separate step on your end to match what the guest just did.

Reporting dashboards

Bókun’s reporting dashboards break your bookings and revenue down by listing, channel, and time period, so you can see which ticket types are selling, which OTA or partner is sending the most business, and where your busy and slow stretches fall.

Reporting Dashboard: Bookings, Passengers, Booking Value

Then you can use that data to tune your operation for the next season.

If afternoon half-day tickets are consistently underselling relative to morning ones, adjust the price or test an afternoon-specific promotion. If one OTA drives the majority of your bookings, add more listings there and see whether more inventory moves more volume. If your quietest weeks are predictably the same every year, plan new types of events or promotions to fill those gaps.

Bókun App Store

The Bókun App Store lets you add functionality as you need it.

  • Digital waivers are the clear starting point for ski and tubing operators. Every booking that carries physical risk needs a signed waiver on file before anyone goes anywhere. This module automatically sends waivers with booking confirmations, so guests sign and return them digitally, with the signed copy attached to the booking. Whoever’s running check-in can confirm coverage without hunting for paper forms in a busy base lodge.
  • SMS messaging is worth having for anything time-sensitive, like a morning trail closure or a last-minute change to a meeting point. A text reaches people faster than an email, particularly guests already en route.
  • Departure management coordinates the logistics of multi-group days with staggered start times or specific assembly points.
  • Advanced reporting lets you build custom dashboards and filter by what matters most to your operation — cancellation rates by ticket type, which add-ons convert at checkout, and how specific promo codes performed.

Bókun’s packages & how to get started

Start a 14-day free trial to test Bókun against a busy week of bookings and see how it fits your operations.

Our START plan covers everything above — the central calendar, resource management, OTA connections, Marketplace access, CRM, and reporting — for $49 a month, with 1.5% online booking fees. We waive Bókun booking fees on Viator reservations, and offline bookings — walk-ups at the ticket office, phone-ins, bookings added manually by your team — are always free.

To put the fee structure in context: on a $95 day ticket, 1.5% works out to roughly $1.43. Competitors in the booking software space typically charge 4% to 8% on online bookings, which puts the same ticket at $3.80 to $7.60 in fees. Across 30k online tickets in a season, that difference can run up to six figures.

For larger operations, our PLUS and PREMIUM plans add agent portals, subvendor management, resource allocation tools, and Zapier integrations, along with dedicated onboarding, priority support, and a yearly strategy call with our team.

And if you need one of the enterprise systems below to manage your full resort operations, but still want access to all the distribution channels we discussed above, our Channel Manager has you covered. It sits between your existing reservation system and the online sales channels you want to reach — connect once, and you can push tickets to Viator, GetYourGuide, and the rest of our OTA and reseller network, with all incoming bookings managed from a single dashboard. Request a demo to learn more about that solution.

Accesso

Accesso Markets Ski landing page: Your Mountain. Connected.

Accesso is one of the biggest enterprise ticketing companies in the ski industry, powering operations at 160+ ski resorts worldwide. The platform is built around a few core products: accesso Passport handles ecommerce ticketing, Siriusware handles on-mountain POS (it’s been a fixture at resort ticket windows for decades), and the access control side ties into RFID gates, mobile wallet solutions, and virtual queuing. The full suite covers everything from online ticket purchase through to lift gate access.

Beyond the core ticketing side, the platform includes mountain-wide yield management and dynamic pricing, ski school and lesson management, rental management, a guest-facing mobile app for ski pass access and mountain navigation, and accesso Intelligence — the business analytics layer.

This one is built for large destination resorts and multi-mountain pass operations. Everything requires a custom demo and quote — no pricing is published online.

Intouch Elevate

Intouch Elevate homepage: Your resort, your rules, our tools.

Intouch Elevate is a ski-specific operations platform covering the full management stack — lift ticketing and POS, rental fleet, ski school, F&B, retail, marketing, and staff management. One of its standout tools is the analytics that pulls in weather forecasts and holiday calendar data alongside your operational numbers to generate dynamic pricing recommendations. So instead of manually deciding when to raise rates on a busy powder weekend, the system surfaces those calls based on what the data is showing.

Pricing is calculated as a percentage of total sales processed through the platform rather than a flat monthly fee — so it scales with your revenue, which is either a good or complicated thing depending on the size of your operation. There are three tiers: Essentials for smaller operators, Professional for mid-sized to large resorts, and Enterprise for large-scale operations. You’ll need to request a quote to get specific rates.

The big thing to mention here is that Intouch Elevate doesn’t have any reviews yet. It’s hard to gauge its popularity and actual user experiences with the platform. So if you’re interested in this one, we suggest having a few conversations with their team to get a feel for the product and assess customer support.

Intouch Elevate does not yet have verified third-party reviews.

Features

  • Ticketing & POS for lift tickets, day passes, & season passes
  • Rental fleet management with online pre-booking, tap-and-go retrieval, electronic waivers, & maintenance tracking
  • Ski school & instructor scheduling
  • Food & beverage management
  • Retail POS

Singenuity

Singenuity Ski Resorts and Wintersports landing page: All-in-one booking software for ski resorts

Singenuity is a ticketing and operations platform built for ski and outdoor recreation operators. Its feature set includes an online booking engine for timed and open-ended lift tickets and activity packages, self-service check-in kiosks, equipment rental management, digital waivers, an affiliate marketplace for building reseller relationships with lodges and local shops, and off-season support for mountain biking, hiking, and festivals or other events.

The pricing model is worth calling out here: there’s no monthly subscription, just a 4% booking fee on activity revenue with everything included — no extra charges per ticket, waiver, or user. And merchandise, concessions, and photo sales don’t count toward the 4% either. For seasonal operations that don’t want a flat monthly cost sitting there during the quiet months, this structure makes a lot of sense.

Find more Singenuity reviews here.

Features

  • Online booking engine for timed & open-ended lift tickets, season passes, & activity packages
  • Self-service check-in kiosks
  • Integrated POS for retail & concessions
  • Equipment rental management
  • Digital waivers for all ages, including minors
  • Affiliate marketplace for connecting with resellers and partners with waiver, manifest, & booking tracking
  • Memberships & recurring passes
  • Ticketing & capacity management with real-time notifications
  • Package bundling tools
  • Photo sales integration ($0.03/photo upload)
  • Off-season activity support: mountain biking, hiking tours, festivals, food & beverage events
  • Reporting dashboards with customisable views

Pricing

Singenuity charges a 4% booking fee with no monthly subscription fee. All features are included at that rate, with no additional per-waiver, per-ticket, or per-user fees. Singenuity applies the booking fee to activity revenue only — merchandise, concessions, and photos are not subject to the 4% fee. Custom quotes are available for higher-volume operations.

SKIDATA

SKIDATA Mountain Destinations landing page: Let's welcome the perfect mountain experience

SKIDATA is a hardware company that also builds the software to run it. The core product is the physical infrastructure of mountain access — lift gates, turnstiles, handheld validators, RFID cards, and wristbands. And the software stack is substantial. Their ecommerce platform handles online ticket sales, pre-arrival purchases, digital vouchers, and dynamic pricing. Self-service kiosks let guests buy or pick up passes without hitting a ticket window. Then the smartphone ski pass runs on NFC for fully digital lift access — no card or wristband needed.

This option is most definitely reserved for large destination resorts investing in or upgrading physical access control infrastructure. If your mountain operations aren’t there yet, this isn’t the right fit.

Find more SKIDATA reviews here.

Features

  • Physical access control hardware: lift gates, turnstiles, handheld validators
  • RFID cards, wristbands, & reloadable keycard media (including recyclable & wooden keycards)
  • Smartphone ski pass (100% digital, NFC-based lift access via mobile)
  • Self-service ticketing kiosks

ACTIVE Network (RTP|One)

Active Network for Ski Resorts landing page: Resort management as easy as the bunny slope

ACTIVE Network’s RTP|One product is a full-stack resort management system for established, large-scale ski resorts; some customers include Big Sky, Jackson Hole, Palisades Tahoe, and Telluride.

This system covers ticketing, rentals, ski school, retail, and F&B, with a Summit API tying the modules together, so every corner of the mountain stays in sync in real time. And the cashless layer is more developed here than most — guests can charge lift tickets, rentals, lessons, food, and retail back to a single account and settle once at the end of the day, rather than paying at every stop across the mountain.

However, like some of the other names in this list, RTP|One doesn’t have any reviews yet, so we can’t say how it holds up in practice or what other users think of the platform. It’s worth digging in during the demo to get a better idea of what to expect in terms of usability, training times, and available support.

At the time of writing, RTP|One doesn’t have any verified third-party reviews.

Features

  • Ticketing & activity management for day tickets, season passes, timed entry, & real-time inventory controls
  • Equipment rental management with individual item tracking & performance reporting
  • Ski school & lesson scheduling
  • Retail & merchandise management
  • Food & beverage management for cafeteria, fine dining, & bar services with cashless payment support
  • Promotions & upsell tools for online & on-site cross-sell
  • Cashless payment management: gift cards, stored value accounts, season pass resort charge, & reseller billing accounts
  • Summit API for connecting ticketing, rental, & lesson systems across the resort
  • Customer records & transaction history in a single guest profile
  • Multi-property management
  • Native business intelligence & analytics platform

SkiSolv

SkiSolv homepage: Every successful day at a ski resort begins long before the first chairlift turns

SkiSolv is a ski resort management software covering ticketing and POS, equipment rentals with barcode scanning and locker assignment, ski school, season passes, gift cards, digital waivers, retail, F&B, access control, and staff management.

Its deployment flexibility is a unique perk here: cloud, on-premises, or hybrid, depending on your infrastructure and internet situation. Most systems in this category assume consistent connectivity, but that’s not always a given on a mountain — particularly at outlying rental or ticket stations — so having the option to run on-premises or hybrid is worth knowing about if that applies to you.

SkiSolv has been in the business for 15 years now, and we can see Dagmar Resort is a long-term user of the software. But we can’t find any online reviews of SkiSolv. So, again, hard to say how this one actually holds up.

SkiSolv does not yet have verified third-party reviews.

Features

  • Cloud booking for online ticket sales with real-time availability calendar
  • Lift operations & ticketing POS
  • Equipment rental tracking with barcode scanning & locker assignment
  • Ski school scheduling & lesson management
  • Season pass & membership management
  • Gift card sales (digital or printed)
  • Digital waiver signing & guest check-in
  • Retail management
  • Food & beverage management
  • Access control
  • Value card & prepaid spending management

Pegasus Ticketing

Pegasus Ticketing Ski Resorts landing page: Simplify Resort Operations

Pegasus Ticketing is a more general resort management platform that’s popular for both ski lodges and golf courses. The system supports lift tickets, season passes, equipment rentals, lessons, F&B, events and group bookings, dynamic pricing, marketing communications, and reporting.

A notable benefit is that Pegasus offers guided onboarding and implementation support, so you can get up and running quickly without a long learning curve — and they claim most resorts are fully onboarded before the season begins.

However, Pegasus Ticketing also doesn’t have any reviews yet. It also appears to be a relatively new, still-growing company. It’s worth going into the demo with questions about support responsiveness and how many active ski resort customers they’re currently running.

At the time of writing, Pegasus Ticketing has no verified third-party reviews.

Features

  • Lift ticket sales with real-time inventory management & capacity controls
  • Online pre-booking for equipment rentals: skis, snowboards, boots, & other gear
  • Season passes, recurring billing, & loyalty programs
  • Add-on sales at checkout: lessons, dining packages, private guides, custom bundles
  • Events & group booking management for races, corporate outings, terrain park competitions, & special events
  • Dynamic pricing tools
  • Integrated marketing communications & automated promotional campaigns
  • Reporting dashboards for ticket sales, guest attendance, capacity, revenue, & operational performance
  • Guided onboarding & implementation support

Inntopia

Inntopia by Outside homepage: Booking engine & marketing tech that sells more of everything.

The last option on our list, Inntopia, works differently from everything else in this guide.

Rather than replacing a resort’s existing systems, it sits on top of them as a central reservation and ecommerce layer — connecting lodging, lift tickets, rentals, activities, and dining into a single guest transaction. This has a two-fold benefit: it lets guests book their full ski trip in one checkout, and it lets you pull in more revenue per booking — a guest who can add a lesson and dinner to their lift ticket right then is more likely to do it than one who has to find and book those things separately.

On the marketing side, Inntopia Marketing Cloud combines guest data like booking history and browsing behaviour to power targeted email campaigns and AI-driven upsell recommendations. DestiMetrics adds business intelligence and market benchmarking so you can see how your numbers stack up against other resorts in your region.

The customer list tells you who this is for: Aspen, Whistler, Snowbird. Major destination resorts with established property management and POS systems that they want to connect and unify, not replace. Inntopia integrates with 100+ of those systems, including Oracle, Springer-Miller, ResortSuite, and Siriusware. If that infrastructure isn’t already in place, Inntopia isn’t where you’d start.

Getting started with the right ski lift ticket software

The right system depends on what your operation actually looks like.

If you need gated RFID lift access, a full F&B operation, and enterprise-scale infrastructure — the platforms above are where to look, and they’re priced accordingly. (And if you landed on one of the enterprise platforms above but still want access to Bókun’s OTA and reseller network, our Channel Manager connects the two.)

But if you’re a ski area, tubing park, Nordic centre, or winter activity operator who needs to get online tickets sold, manage gear and instructors, and reach out-of-town skiers who haven’t heard of you yet — Bókun is built for exactly that, with an all-in-one toolkit and some of the lowest rates in the industry.
