Promoter<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">1.1 The promoter of this competition (the &#8220;Competition&#8221;) is B\u00f3kun (a trading name of Tripadvisor LLC), a Delaware corporation with offices at 400 1st Avenue, Needham, MA 02494, USA (&#8220;B\u00f3kun&#8221;, &#8220;we&#8221;, &#8220;us&#8221;, &#8220;our&#8221;).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">1.2 The Competition is run in collaboration with named partners and judges, but B\u00f3kun is the primary promoter and administrator.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">2. Competition overview<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">2.1 B\u00f3kun Launchpad is a skill\u2011based competition for tour, activity, attraction and experience providers to submit a 60\u201390 second video pitch showcasing a new experience they want to create and run.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">2.2 Entries will be shortlisted by B\u00f3kun and then judged by an expert panel against predefined criteria (see section 9).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">3. Competition period and key dates<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">3.1 Entries may be submitted only between 00:00 BST on 1 May 2026 and 17:30 BST on 22 May 2026 (the \u201cEntry Period\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">3.2 The Competition as a whole will run from 00:00 GMT on 1 May 2026 until the winner and runners\u2011up are announced on or around 8 June 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">3.3 Shortlisting of eligible entries will take place during the week commencing 25 May 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">3.4 Final panel pitches will take place during the week commencing 1 June 2026 (exact dates and times to be confirmed with shortlisted entrants).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">3.5 No entries will be accepted after the end of the Entry Period.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">3.6 B\u00f3kun reserves the right to amend these dates where reasonably necessary, for example due to technical or operational issues. Any material changes will be communicated on the Competition webpage.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">4. Eligibility<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">4.1 The Competition is open to tour, activity, attraction and\/or experience providers based in the UK or the EEA who are 18 years or older at the date of entry and legally capable of entering into binding contracts on behalf of the business they represent.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">4.2 Entrants may be:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Early\u2011stage or start\u2011up operators.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Established operators launching a new product.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Scaling operators expanding into new product lines or locations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">4.3 Entries must be submitted on behalf of a business entity (company, sole trader, partnership or similar). Individual consumers entering purely in a personal capacity are not eligible.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">4.4 The Competition is not open to employees of B\u00f3kun or any of its affiliated companies, partners providing prizes, or members of their immediate families or households.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">4.5 B\u00f3kun may require proof of age, identity, business status and eligibility. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable time may result in disqualification.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">5. How to enter<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">5.1 To enter, entrants must, during the Entry Period::<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">a) Create a 60\u201390 second video pitch clearly presenting a new experience they wish to create and run; and<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">b) Submit the video via the official B\u00f3kun Launchpad entry form on bokun.io, following all instructions on the page, including providing accurate and complete contact and business details.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">5.2 The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. No fee is charged to submit an entry.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">5.3 No more than one (1) entry per business is permitted. Where multiple entries are received from the same business, B\u00f3kun may, at its discretion, disqualify all such entries or accept only the most recent entry.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">5.4 All entries must be received before the end of the Entry Period. B\u00f3kun will not accept responsibility for entries which are lost, mislaid, damaged, delayed or corrupted, regardless of cause, including but not limited to technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">5.5 Proof of transmission or submission does not constitute proof of receipt by B\u00f3kun. An entry will be deemed made once it has been successfully uploaded through the official entry mechanism and is accessible to B\u00f3kun.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">6. Entry requirements and conduct<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">6.1 Video entries must:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Be between 60 and 90 seconds in length.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Be the entrant&#8217;s original work and must not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trade mark, privacy, publicity or proprietary rights.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Genuinely describe or present an experience the entrant intends to provide.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">6.2 Entries must not:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, hateful or otherwise inappropriate content, as determined by B\u00f3kun in its sole discretion.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Include any material that could bring B\u00f3kun, any of B\u00f3kun\u2019s affiliated companies, or any partners into disrepute.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">6.3 By submitting an entry, you warrant that:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">The entry is your original work and you own all rights in it, or you have obtained all necessary licences and consents for any third\u2011party content used.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">All persons featured in your entry (including any who are identifiable by voice or image) have given you their express consent for their image and\/or voice to be used in the entry and by B\u00f3kun as described in these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">In the case of any person under 18 years of age, you have obtained express consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">No animals were harmed, manipulated or put at risk in the making of the entry.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">6.4 B\u00f3kun reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award a prize, to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions, and to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is, in B\u00f3kun&#8217;s reasonable opinion, contrary to the spirit of the Competition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">6.5 You agree to indemnify B\u00f3kun and its affiliated companies against any claim from any third party arising in connection with your entry, including any allegation that the entry infringes third\u2011party rights or breaches these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">7. Shortlisting<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">7.1 After the Competition Period, B\u00f3kun will review all eligible entries and create a shortlist of entrants to be invited to a final pitching round.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">7.2 Shortlisting will be based on the judging criteria in section 9, applied at B\u00f3kun&#8217;s discretion.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">7.3 Shortlisted entrants will be notified using the contact details provided on entry and may be asked to supply further information about their business and proposed experience.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">7.4 If a shortlisted entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, or cannot participate in the final pitch, B\u00f3kun may select an alternative entrant for the shortlist.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">8. Final judging and winner selection<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">8.1 Shortlisted entrants will be invited to present their pitch to the judging panel during the week commencing 1 June 2026, in the format (for example, virtual or in\u2011person) and timing notified by B\u00f3kun.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">8.2 The judging panel will include representatives from B\u00f3kun and selected partners (for example Viator, GetYourGuide, Airbnb, Arival, Tourpreneur, ETOA, Propellic and one existing operator), as set out on the Competition webpage, subject to change.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">8.3 The panel will deliberate and select one (1) winner and up to two (2) runners\u2011up using the criteria in section 9.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">8.4 All decisions made by B\u00f3kun and the judging panel in connection with the Competition are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about them.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">9. Judging criteria<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Entries will be assessed using the following criteria and weightings:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Innovation (30 Points): Does the concept stand out in a saturated market and show potential to define or reshape a category?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Operational feasibility (20 Points): Can the experience be operated safely and reliably, with appropriate logistics and contingency planning?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Traveller Fit (20 Points): Is the product aligned to current traveller trends? Does it offer sustainable, meaningful or community-driven experiences?\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Commercial viability (20 Points): Are the unit economics sound, and is there clear potential for scalable, sustainable growth rather than a one\u2011off or hobby project?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">The pitch (10 Points): Clarity, passion, storytelling and the founder&#8217;s ability to communicate the value of the experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">The judging panel may reasonably interpret and balance these criteria to reach an overall decision.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">10. Prizes<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">10.1 Grand prize \u2013 &#8220;B\u00f3kun Accelerator Package&#8221;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">The winning entrant will receive:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">A USD $10,000 (or currency equivalent) cash contribution (funded by B\u00f3kun and Viator) to support the launch and growth of the proposed experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">A 12\u2011month free B\u00f3kun START plan subscription for new customers, or a discount equivalent to the START plan value (USD\u202f$49 per month for 12\u202fmonths) for existing B\u00f3kun customers.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">12\u202fmonths of paying 0% B\u00f3kun service fees on the winning product. The exact plan details, scope, and fair\u2011use limits will be specified in a separate agreement to be entered into by the winner and B\u00f3kun.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">12\u2011month commission-free distribution for the winning product with specified OTA partners (Viator and GetYourGuide), up to a maximum of USD $250,000 in gross booking value (GBV) across each channel during the 12\u2011month period, and in all cases subject to each partner\u2019s own terms, onboarding processes, acceptance policies, and compliance requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">One 12\u2011month Tourpreneur PRO membership.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Two tickets to Arival Valencia 2027 (travel, accommodation and any additional costs are not included unless otherwise expressly stated).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">A featured video case study created by B\u00f3kun&#8217;s production team, at dates and locations to be mutually agreed, subject to contract between B\u00f3kun and the winner.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Dedicated onboarding and commercial support from B\u00f3kun&#8217;s product and sales teams for a period to be specified by B\u00f3kun.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">10.2 Runners\u2011up<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Up to two runners\u2011up will each receive:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">A 6\u2011month free B\u00f3kun START plan for new customers, or a discount equivalent to the START plan value (USD\u202f$49 per month for 6\u202fmonths) for existing B\u00f3kun customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">6\u2011months of 0% B\u00f3kun service fees on the specific runner-up product. The applicable plan details, scope, and fair\u2011use limits will be specified in a separate agreement to be entered into between the runner-up and B\u00f3kun.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">A 3\u2011month free distribution period for the selected runner\u2011up product on specified OTA partners (Viator and GetYourGuide), up to a maximum of USD $250,000 in gross booking value (GBV) across each channel during the 3\u2011month period, and subject to each partner\u2019s terms, onboarding processes, acceptance policies, and compliance requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">10.3 Prizes are awarded to the winning business, not to any individual, and may only be used in connection with that business.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">10.4 Prizes are non\u2011transferable and may not be sold, resold, or exchanged. B\u00f3kun reserves the right to substitute any prize, or part of a prize, with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">10.5 The cash component of the prize will be paid in USD to a business bank account held in the name of the winner after completion of any required verification and documentation. The winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties, charges, social contributions, reporting obligations and other costs arising from receipt or use of the prize in any jurisdiction, including but not limited to income, corporate, sales, withholding or similar taxes. B\u00f3kun will not gross\u2011up or otherwise increase the value of the prize to cover any such amounts.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">10.6 Delivery of partner\u2011provided benefits may require the winner and runners\u2011up to agree to additional partner terms, including but not limited to content, operational standards and performance expectations. B\u00f3kun is not responsible if any partner declines to provide a benefit due to the winner&#8217;s or runner\u2011up&#8217;s failure to meet such requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">11. Tax and reporting responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">11.1 By accepting a prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees that:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">The fair market value of the prize may be treated as taxable income or otherwise give rise to tax or reporting obligations in the winner&#8217;s country of residence or incorporation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">The winner is solely responsible for determining, obtaining and paying any taxes, filing any tax returns or forms, and complying with any reporting, accounting or other obligations that may arise in connection with the prize, including any obligations that may apply to directors, shareholders or employees.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">B\u00f3kun does not provide tax, legal or financial advice and makes no representations as to the tax treatment of the prize. Entrants and winners should seek independent professional advice.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Except where B\u00f3kun is required by law to withhold or report amounts in respect of the prize, B\u00f3kun will not be responsible for, or liable in relation to, any taxes, penalties, interest, charges or other amounts payable by the winner in connection with the prize.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">11.2 Where required by applicable law, B\u00f3kun may collect tax information from the winner and may issue any required tax reporting forms. The winner agrees to provide any information and complete any forms reasonably requested for this purpose prior to taking receipt of the prize.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">12. Winner notification and verification<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">12.1 The winner and runners\u2011up will be notified by email using the details supplied with their entry.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">12.2 If a winner or runner\u2011up:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">does not respond within seven (7) days of the first notification; or<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">is found to be ineligible or in material breach of these Terms and Conditions,<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">then B\u00f3kun may, at its discretion, forfeit the prize and offer it to an alternative entrant (for example, another finalist).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">12.3 As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner may be required to complete and return certain declarations, confirmations and\/or tax forms as reasonably requested by B\u00f3kun in order to comply with applicable laws and reporting requirements.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">12.4 B\u00f3kun may require the winner and runners\u2011up to sign a winner agreement and\/or publicity release as a condition of receiving the prize.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">13. Publicity and content usage<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">13.1 You agree that B\u00f3kun may make your entry available in any media and through any marketing or promotional channels, for any purpose related to B\u00f3kun&#8217;s business and the Competition.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">13.2 By submitting an entry, you grant B\u00f3kun and its affiliated companies a non\u2011exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty\u2011free licence (with the right to sublicense) to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, reformat and create derivative works from your entry for such purposes.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">13.3 You agree to waive any moral rights in your entry to the fullest extent permitted by law.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">13.4 If you are selected as a winner or runner\u2011up, you agree to participate in reasonable publicity, such as interviews, photography, filming, webinars or panel appearances, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">14. Intellectual property and third\u2011party rights<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">14.1 Subject to the licence granted in section 13, entrants retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in their entry and underlying business idea.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">14.2 You warrant that your entry:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">is your original work;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">does not infringe any third\u2011party intellectual property or proprietary rights; and<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">does not violate any applicable law.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">14.3 You agree to indemnify B\u00f3kun and its affiliated companies against any claims, costs, damages or expenses arising out of a breach of this section or otherwise in connection with your entry.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">15. Data protection and privacy<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">15.1 B\u00f3kun will use your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy (available at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bokun.io\/privacy-policy\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">https:\/\/www.bokun.io\/privacy-policy<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">) and applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR\/EU GDPR where relevant.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">15.2 Personal data collected through the Competition will be used to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">administer and manage the Competition;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">communicate with entrants;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">verify eligibility and identity; and<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">arrange and deliver prizes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">15.3 B\u00f3kun may also send you marketing communications about its products, services and partner offerings. You can withdraw consent at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">16. General<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">16.1 By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">16.2 B\u00f3kun reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Competition, or to amend these Terms and Conditions, at any time for any reason, including (without limitation) where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that no such change will unfairly disadvantage existing entrants.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">16.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, B\u00f3kun and its affiliated companies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury (other than death or personal injury caused by their negligence) suffered by any entrant arising from entering the Competition, accepting a prize, or using any aspect of a prize.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">16.4 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable; if such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted.
